Introducing our new Lump-Sum Program from Highland Public Capital

This program is brand new and designed specifically with law enforcement agencies ** in mind that may be expecting a wind-fall as a result of a drug bust (with cash involved).  By Federal Law, the cash does become the property of the law enforcement agency once the court case is settled.  This program enables your customer to acquire needed equipment, with the payment based on a lower amount.  The contract is structured with a lump-sum payment at the end of the monthly payments, thereby giving the agency time for the court matters to be settled.
